Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a smooth, flowing sequence. Each movement is coordinated with an inhale or exhale, creating a continuous, rhythmic flow. Vinyasa classes typically involve a series of poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior, and Sun Salutations, with transitions between them. The pace can vary, but it generally offers a moderate to challenging workout while emphasizing flexibility, strength, and balance. Vinyasa Flow encourages mindfulness and a connection between body and breath.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower, more passive style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically between 3 to 5 minutes. The focus is on deep stretching and targeting the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Unlike more active forms of yoga, Yin encourages relaxation and stillness, allowing the body to release tension and improve flexibility. It promotes mindfulness and is often used for relaxation and stress relief.
Restorative Flow
A calming mix of flowing yoga sequences and Yin Yoga. Perfect for those looking for a calming class whilst still flowing.
Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoy 45 minutes of pregnancy yoga, followed by 15 minutes of relaxations and start with us from 14 week up until your baby is due! You will be expertly guided by your qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, Katy, from Body to Baby and learn safe, yet beautiful strengthening postures and movements specifically adapted for pregnancy. You will focus on relieving those aches and pains helping you to feel lighter and physically stronger as you move through each stage of your pregnancy. (more details below)
Women’s Yoga
This unique class offers women specific poses to strengthen the core and pelvic floor enhancing their physical strength and stability. The class will offer a beautiful blend of yoga, pilates and fitness all rolled into one dynamic flow, with a guided relaxation at the end of every class. (beginners to all levels)

Early Postnatal Yoga Classes
Mondays & Thursdays 10-11am
Katy, your advanced postnatal specialist from Body to Baby supports you to build back your strength post birth. These early postnatal yoga & fitness classes are specifically designed to deeply support you, no matter what type of birth you have had. Enjoy beautiful nourishing stretches and focus on rehabilitating and deeply strengthening your body, its gentle yet strong!
We support you from the early weeks and progress you onto stronger classes when you are ready. (6 weeks post birth - 10 weeks for C-section)
Bring baby along too and all equipment is provided for you.
4 week blocks are £40.

Have you noticed a difference in your tummy muscles since having your baby?
Do you want specialist support to strengthen your core muscles again?
YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO DO JUST THAT!!
Katy, your specialist in postnatal core strengthening, will guide you through this 5 week core strengthening course. You will receive the core strengthening training booklet, which will also be your guide for home practice, and, a free resistance band.
You also learn how to check for any diastasis recti (core separation) and how to manager building your individualised strength back in to your core muscles…….You literally feel your core get stronger!!!
Your baby is welcome to come along too. All equipment is provided for you.
£50 for the 5 week block.
