Are you new to the studio?

Beginners

All our classes (apart from Power Yoga) are suitable for beginners.

 

If you'd like to start in a purely beginners class then you can choose from Beginners Yoga on Wednesday mornings or Intro Vinyasa on Wednesday evenings.

You can also get your first class free!

Practiced Yogis

You're welcome to join any of our classes, from vinyasa flow to restorative and yin.

 

If you're up for a challenge, why not join in with Power Yoga on Wednesday evenings!

Beginners Yoga

New to yoga? Our instructors will guide you through the basic principles of yoga, focusing on simple postures, breathing and mindfulness. The perfect start to your journey, or a handy refresher!

Over 60s Pilates

Designed to support older adults in improving their flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing. This class focuses on gentle, low-impact movements that are easy on the joints and help promote better mobility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for injury prevention. Get 10% off membership for over 60s!

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement in a smooth, flowing sequence. Each movement is coordinated with an inhale or exhale, creating a continuous, rhythmic flow. Vinyasa Flow encourages mindfulness and a connection between body and breath. A must try!

Difficulty level

Restorative Flow

A calming mix of flowing yoga sequences and Yin Yoga. Perfect for those looking for a calming class whilst still flowing. A studio favourite!

Yin 

Yin Yoga is a slower, more passive style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically between 3 to 5 minutes. Unlike more active forms of yoga, Yin encourages relaxation and stillness, allowing the body to release tension and improve flexibility.

Hatha

A beautiful practise falling somewhere inbetween vinyasa and yin. You'll learn to really connect with your breath and to move mindfully through slower-paced movements. Perfect for beginners or people looking for a gentle experience.

Power Yoga

Ready for something more intense? This class is for seasoned yogis who want to push themselves - gaining strength, improving flexibility and connecting with the breath. Give it a try!

Women's Yoga

This unique class offers women specific poses to strengthen the core and pelvic floor enhancing their physical strength and stability. The class will offer a beautiful blend of yoga, pilates and fitness all rolled into one dynamic flow, with a guided relaxation at the end of every class.

Intro to Vinyasa 

Popular with both seasoned yogis and complete beginners, this is a great chance to practice and learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa - combining movements with the breath. Not to be missed!

Post-Natal Yoga

This unique class offers post-natal women specific poses to strengthen the core and pelvic floor enhancing their physical strength and stability. The class will offer a blend of yoga, pilates and fitness all rolled into one dynamic flow, with a guided relaxation at the end of every class.

Difficulty level

Pregnancy Yoga

Enjoy 45 minutes of pregnancy yoga, followed by 15 minutes of relaxation. Start with us from 14 weeks up until your baby is due! You will be expertly guided by your qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, Katy, and learn safe, yet strengthening postures and movements specifically adapted for pregnancy.

Sound Healing

Improve sleep, feeling calmer and connect with your body with one of our Sound Healing events. Hugely popular and incredibly relaxing, our Sound Bath and Sound Bowl events are mindful practise you need!
